A bit of background about Andrew...

Originally born and bred in Pembrokeshire, Andrew played rugby for Wales at the junior level and for Llanelli Scarlets on a semi-professional contract. For this native Welsh speaker, rugby was his planned career, however, life changed when he joined friends in London after university. Initially he worked for a well-established estate agent, which had a mortgage arm to the business.

Having a mathematical mind, working in finance appealed to Andrew. He moved into sales and started training to become a mortgage broker while residing in London. After a period in the company’s Mayfair office, he moved on to a more niche mortgage broking company working with high-net-worth individuals and off-shore financing. After managing a large team at another brokerage, he joined a company founded by his original manager before finally deciding to set up his own company.
